Chevallion Advisors
Chevallion Advisors is an independent consulting company registered in Hong Kong (business registration number 62409824). The firm was founded in 2013 and has been actively involved in consulting activities for asset and fund managers, fintech companies and start-ups.
Throughout the years, Chevallion Advisors has also been active in fund raising from institutional investors in Asia and Europe and high-end real estate transactions.

Helping asset and fund managers
Chevallion proposes a well-diversified range of services to asset and fund managers such as due diligence on investments, portfolio follow-up or providing marketing documents such as periodic reports or presentations.
Helping start-ups
As a start-up you need tools that give you visibility. We can help you to build your financial reporting and forecast your cash flows. Our range of services also includes help with marketing material, such as investor presentations.

High end real estate
Our role
As a business introducer, we constantly discuss with investors and understand their needs. Our role is to establish relations between buyers and sellers, finding the best parties to undertake the transaction, focusing on off-market deals. We have access to assets such as high-end real estate and vineyards.
We have an extensive network of trustworthy partners in Europe and Asia. These partners are local players (real estate agents, developers, or lawyers). All of them have a proven track record and strong experience in their markets.
Expertise in Asia and Europe
Asian investors tend to invest in properties (such as hotels, vineyards) in Europe seeking a higher level of protection. We also offer attractive investment solutions in the Asian real assets market for European investors. Investors who intend to increase their exposure in Asia are essentially interested in double digit returns.
Fund raising
Fund selection process
Our funds are selected through a deep due diligence process. We carry out a deep qualitative and quantitative analysis of the funds. We mainly focus on liquid, transparent and low leveraged investment vehicles. Historically, our range of distributed funds has notably included UCITS or Luxemburgish RAIFs. We identify what is unique in the strategy and there must be consistent diversification for investors.
We are more than marketers
When we talk with investors, we are on an equal footing. As former fund investors and managers, we have an excellent knowledge of the financial universe, and we perfectly understand the investment strategies.
Independence and alignment of interests
As a small and fully independent company, we ensure a strong alignment of interests with our clients and our views are truly our views.
Sourcing
Throughout the years we have developed an extensive network among investment funds. We are regularly discussing with managers that are willing to be distributed / we are willing to distribute, and we are regularly solicited.
Investors
We have an extensive network of institutional investors in Asia and Europe. Our scope of investors includes, among others, family offices, private wealth managers, funds of funds, insurance companies, and private banks as well as UHNWs (accredited investors only). We target, as a priority, investors that have $100m to $2.5bn of AUM in order to match with the size of the funds that we are proposing.
TEAM
Prior to founding Chevallion Advisors in 2013, Amaury Joulié was Vice-President of Finansa Fund Management in Bangkok (2010-2013), a local independent asset management company ($1.1 billion of AUM). His role was focused on asset raising from global institutional investors. From 2004 to 2010, he was a hedge funds analyst for Addax AM, a fund of hedge funds based in Paris, France ($300 million of AUM).
Earlier positions include being a financial analyst for ADI Gestion (2003). Amaury Joulié holds a Master of Science in Finance and Wealth Management (Skema Business School, previously ESC Lille, 2003) and graduated from Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur (E.S.C.E, 2002). He speaks fluent French, English and Spanish. He also has basic knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic and Thai. He is sharing his life between Europe and Asia.
